TRM  Radial heads for mechanic counterboring

FEATURES:

Thanks to their technical construction these head permit the perfect execution of grooves and/or profiles in processes on transfer machines, both on the exterior and interior of the work pieces.

The mechanical heads are available in model TRM.

The radial movement of the entire gripper is produced by produced combining it with the movement of the external body, fixed on the unit, along inclined axis of 20°. The parts are joined with extreme precision to guarantee maximal rigidity during the process.

The fixing of the radial heads are available through optional flanges.

Through the return spring it is possible to bring the tool in a central position.

The assembling begin with size ISO 30 included.

The fixing of the tool is allowed through collets set “ER”. With the collets it is possible the blocking up cylindrical shank. The seat has particular conformation to assure angular reference in the positioning and in the blocking of the tool.

All the counterboring heads are entirely made in special high resistance nitriding-hardening and hardered steel (UNI 41 CrAlMo7; UNI 18 NiCrMo5 and UNI 88 MnV8).

The parts are joined with grinding CNC and with extreme precision. The grinding of the references (craping cutter seats and tools holder) is doing with a special headtooling to obtain an extreme concentricity precision with reference to fix referements.

The transverse sliding if the inside body with reference to the central piston is doing through a linear bearing.
